Draw the Architectural Site you wish to Analyze
- Mark the boundaries of the site you want to analyze on a Satellite Image, or a Stylized Map.
- Site can be as small as you want, up to as large as a 1000 Acres!
- Edit the boundary any time you wish, if it’s incorrect, by clicking and dragging the node.
- Delete points on the boundary by clicking on them.
- Get the Area of your site as you edit the boundary. This allows you to choose a site of a particular size easily.
- Get the Boundary length, or the perimeter of your site.
- The Boundary is immediately converted to it’s real World location, in it’s precise location, always.
- The Site is highlighted, but transparent to easily identify it.
- There is a Graphic Scale at the bottom right of the Map always.
Mark Important Points
- You can Mark any and all important Points of Interest on a Satellite Image, or a Stylized Map.
- Unlimited Markers of all types. Mark everything that is important to you.
- Different types of Markers are provided for appropriate different uses.
- Switch markers on and off in layers, by type, to declutter the Map.
- Remove markers if necessary by clicking on them.
Auto Save
- All your work is autosaved at every keystroke and click.
- Even if you close the browser, you can go back to the site, and find all your previous work right as you left them.
Multiple Architectural Sites for Analysis
- Create more then one site, for Architectural Site Analysis!
- Create and name your sites as you need them.
- Manage your collection of sites by copying, editing or deleting old sites.
- Copy a site, by pressing the “Shift” key, and clicking on “Copy”
- Get the exact time and date you saved a project by pressing “Shift”.
- Erase an entire site if you need to, by hovering over the name in the Project list.
- Erase a site by mistake? Theres a recycle bin where you can retrieve it.
3D Visualization of the Architectural Site Analysis
- Terrain in 3D, as soon as you’ve drawn your site. (at 60 fps!)
- View your site boundary and Points of Interest marked in 3D, on the terrain.
- Use the Sliders to vary the Sun position by Date and Time, for any time you want to see.
- Shadows of the terrain itself can be seen.
- Sun Rise and Sun Set angles for anysite, every day, by simply using the sliders.
- Use the shadows of the Tree Markers, for instance to get a rough idea of shadows on site, through the year.
- Mark Roads and paths as a series of markers to understand the terrain and placement better.
Site Sections through the terrain
- Make Site Sections of your site in two directions, just by using the sliders. Easy as pie.
- All the parallel sections of the site, showing the slopes and angles clearly.
Contours of the full site and surroundings.
- Get the contour drawing of your site immediately on drawing it, for any site on earth.
- The base contours are drawn as per meters above Mean Sea Level, so the contours shouldn’t change based on your site, but only the terrain itself.
- Look at the Contour model in 3D to get a better understanding of your site.
Sun Path – Architectural Site Analysis
- Get the Sun Path of your site Immediately, as soon as it’s drawn.
- The exact angles are calculated and marked for per month, annually.
- The exact angles are calculated and marked every six minutes for the entire day.
- The Seasons are depicted by colour, Red for Summer and Blue for Winter.
- Works anywhere in the world, including the Southern Hemisphere.
